1. Cancellation of Appointments

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of the session.
  • No-Show Policy:

    • If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered a "no-show," and the full session fee will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling Appointments

  • Clients may reschedule an appointment without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. If rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of the appointment, the cancellation policy will apply.

3. Refund Policy

  • Sessions Paid in Advance:

    • If you choose to cancel a session that has been paid for, a refund will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Refund requests for sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be processed.
  • Packages and Subscriptions:

    • For clients who purchase package deals or subscriptions, refunds will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions remaining at the time of cancellation. Refunds will be issued for any sessions that were canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies), please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will evaluate requests for refunds or cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
